This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The sauce was very heavy and the shrimp were a bit greasy. I think I would have liked it more if the sauce had been lighter.

The shrimp were a bit overcooked, but the sauce was delicious. I think I'll try this recipe again and cook the shrimp for a shorter amount of time.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had used a sweeter sherry. The shrimp were cooked well, but the sauce was a little thin.

The sauce was divine! I used a dry sherry and it added a lovely nutty flavor to the dish. The shrimp were plump and juicy, and the sauce was so good I could have eaten it with a spoon. Will definitely make this again!
