Steps:

  • PEEL AND DEVEIN SHRIMP LEAVING THE TAILS IN PLACE. PAT DRY, DIP SHRIMP IN SPICE MIX THEN WRAP A SLICE OF PROCUITTO AROUND THE SHRIMP PROCUITTO WILL STICK TO IT SELF LAY ON A BROILER PAN, CONTINUE UNTIL THEY ARE ALL DONE BROIL UNTIL DONE SERVE WHILE HOT
