This pesto was a bit too oily for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I would try making it again with less oil next time.

I'm not usually a big fan of pesto, but this Sicilian tomato pesto is really good. It has a nice balance of flavors and isn't too oily. I used it on some bruschetta and it was a hit!

This Sicilian tomato pesto is a flavorful and versatile sauce that can be used in a variety of dishes. I made it last night and tossed it with some cooked pasta and grilled chicken. It was delicious! The pesto is also great on sandwiches or as a dip
