I had this at a baby shower and just had to get the recipe. It is very easy to make and does not take a lot of time to prepare. I hope you enjoy.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover soba noodles. It's also a healthy and refreshing meal that's perfect for a summer picnic.

This salad was a disappointment. The soba noodles were overcooked and the dressing was bland. I would not recommend this recipe.

The dressing for this salad was a little too sweet for my taste, but the soba noodles and vegetables were cooked perfectly. I would make this again, but I would use a different dressing.

This soba noodle salad was a hit at my last potluck! The dressing was light and refreshing, and the vegetables added a nice crunch. I especially loved the addition of the avocado, which gave the salad a creamy texture.
