Steps:
- 1. Frist heat a frying pan over meduim heat. Perpare your eggs the way you want. Then cook them to your taste. Mine is fried over easy with a dash of salt & peppper.
- 2. Next lay out your bread on a plate. drizzle the ketchup & mustard on the bread.
- 3. Then place your egg on 1 slice & press the other side on.
