I found this recipe on a Kraft site and have been making them for several years now. I make these for gifts and special occasions. They're always a hit!

Steps:
- 1. MELT 8 chocolate squares. Follow pkg instructions for microwave, or, melt using double-boiler.
- 2. BEAT softened cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Blend in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until firm.
- 3. SHAPE into 36 balls. (Approx 1") Place on waxed paper covered baking sheet.
- 4. Melt remaining chocolate. Use fork to dip Truffles in chocolate; return to baking sheet. Decorate, then refrigerate 1 hour. TIP: I decorate immediately after dipping each one, before it sets up. You can also use a spot of cake decorator frosting to hold your decorations of choice as well.
