I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. The meatballs are so easy to make and the sauce is incredible. I usually serve it over mashed potatoes or pasta, but it's also great with rice.

This goulash was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. He said the meatballs were some of the best he's ever had. I think next time I'll use less chili powder.
