SKY HIGH BISCUITS image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 cup margarine
1 egg beaten
1 cup milk

Steps:

  • 1. Put all dry ingredients in bowl. 2. Put margarine in with pastry blender till crumb like. 3. Add egg & milk. Stir together briefly 4. Knead lightly on floured surface. 5. Roll or pat out to 1 inch thickness. 6. Cut out biscuits. place on cookie sheet. 7. Bake at 450 for 12 - 15 minutes.
