Slow Cooker Ground Beef and Cabbage Casserole Recipe - (4.1/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 10

Saute:
1 medium chopped onion in
3 T Butter
Add and Brown:
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
Shred:
3 cups cabbage
Mix:
1 can tomato soup with 1 can water in bowl

Steps:

  • Put half of cabbage in slow cooker, put half of ground beef mixture over cabbage, repeat. Pour soup mixture over top. Cover and cook in 4 quart slow cooker for 3 to 4 hours on low.
