I have a sweet tooth, so I added a drizzle of honey to the filling. It added a touch of sweetness that balanced out the savory flavors perfectly.

The recipe was easy to follow, but I found the filling to be a bit bland. I added a squeeze of lemon juice, which helped to brighten up the flavors.

I appreciate that this recipe is not only delicious but also healthy. The endive leaves provide a good dose of fiber, and the salmon is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids.
