2 lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Combine beef and crumbs; add eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and onion.
  • Mix thoroughly; shape into balls.
  • Brown in vegetable oil; drain excess fat.
  • Add soup and cook slowly for 20 minutes or until meatballs are tender.
  • Serve over hot noodles.
