1 onion, chunks
5 potatoes, chunks
4 carrots, 1 inch pieces
4 stalks celery, 1 inch pieces
1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
3 1/2 cups water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • Place the meat in the crock pot.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook on low for 9-10 hours.
