Steps:
- In a skillet, cook the sausage and onion in oil over medium-high heat until sausage is no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium. Add jalapeno, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Add eggs; cook and stir until eggs are completely set. Sprinkle with cheese and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately with warm tortillas. Tortillas: Fry in oil over medium-high heat until lightly browned.
