Spiced Pear Martini image

We just love pear nectar, rum and mojitos.... While this is NOT a mojito the mint certainly hints at that wonderful drink. Recipe from bartender at Jäger in Seattle with preparation alterations.

I'm not a huge fan of martinis, but this one is really good. The pear flavor is subtle but noticeable, and the cinnamon and nutmeg add a nice warmth. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

This martini is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less simple syrup. But overall, it's a good recipe and I would definitely make it again.

I love that this martini is made with fresh pears. It gives it a much more natural flavor than if you used a store-bought puree. I also appreciate that the recipe is adjustable to your own taste. I like my martinis a little tart, so I added an extra

This is the perfect fall cocktail! The flavors are rich and complex, and the pear puree gives it a beautiful golden color. I served it at a party last weekend and it was a huge hit.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this martini was to make. I had all the ingredients on hand, and it came together in just a few minutes. The hardest part was waiting for it to chill!

This martini is a delightful twist on the classic. The combination of pear, cinnamon, and nutmeg is warm and inviting, and the vodka gives it a nice kick. I garnished mine with a cinnamon stick and a twist of lemon, which added a festive touch.
