Spicy Pumpkin Pie image

My family apparently likes their pumpkin pie with more flavor than most people. I've tried a few of the most popular pumpkin pie recipes on this site and I get "It doesn't taste right", or "It tastes like something's missing". Anyway, here's my version.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree. I always have some left over after making pumpkin soup, and this is a delicious way to use it up.

This pie was a disappointment. The crust was soggy and the filling was bland. I won't be making this recipe again.

I followed the recipe exactly and my pie turned out great! The only thing I would change next time is to add a little less sugar to the filling. It was a bit too sweet for my taste.

This recipe is a keeper! The pie was so easy to make and it turned out perfectly. The crust was flaky and the filling was creamy and flavorful. I will definitely be making this pie again.

This pie is a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. He said it was the best pumpkin pie he's ever had.

I was skeptical about the combination of pumpkin and chili powder, but I was pleasantly surprised! The flavors meshed really well together and created a unique and flavorful pie. My family loved it.

This pumpkin pie is a delicious twist on the classic. Adding the chili powder and cayenne pepper gave it a subtle heat that balanced well with the sweetness of the pumpkin. I'll definitely be making this pie again for Thanksgiving!
