A hollowed out cabbage makes a bright serving piece for this creamy spinach dip. I found the recipe in a cookbook, and I receive many compliments whenever I serve it to company.-Patricia Johnson, Kingfield, Maine

This dip was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's because I used a sweeter variety of red cabbage. Next time, I'll try using a more tart variety.

I tried this recipe and it turned out great! The red cabbage gave the dip a beautiful color and a slightly sweet flavor. The spinach and cheese were also very flavorful and creamy.
