I would not recommend this recipe. The scallops were tough and the sauce was bland.

This stir-fried scallops with sugar snap peas dish was absolutely delicious! The scallops were cooked perfectly and the sugar snap peas were still slightly crunchy. The sauce was flavorful and not too heavy. I will definitely be making this again!
