Strawberry-Banana Smoothie image

I think this is a yummy smoothie with a great banana taste. I loved the fact that this only makes 1 glass. I got it from Denise Austin's Morning Stretch. Feel free to substitute your favorite fruits for the ones listed below and create your own unique blend!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 small ripe banana
1/2 cup strawberry
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
2 ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a blender, process until smooth ripe banana, strawberries, fat-free milk, low-fat plain yogurt, honey, and 1 or 2 ice cubes.
  • Serve.
