Steps:
- 1. Prepare bell peppers cutting off the top and cleaning out the seeds.Chopping the green part off tops into fine pieces, set aside. set clean bell peppers into a baking dish.
- 2. In a lrg bowl mix the ground beef, onion, chopped bell pepper, cracker crumbs and egg.
- 3. Add to mixture milk, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. mix well.Stuff mixture into the bell peppers. top with the rest of tomato sauce. bake at 350 F. for 35-40 mins. maybe topped with mashed potatos and put back into oven under broiler to brown potatos. And serve with a veggie.
