Woo, hot & spicy! These little poppers have a terrific flavor and just the right amount of kick for your next game night or tailgate. In fact, the cheese filling itself is so good that I'm thinking of working it into other recipes as well. Yum.

Steps:
- 1. Cut jalapenos in half and remove ribs and seeds. Set aside on a foil covered cookie sheet.
- 2. Mix remaining ingredients together and stuff into jalapeno halves. Carefully roll in seasoned bread crumbs and bake at 350* for 30 - 45 minutes.
