Steps:
- In large container combine bran cereal with boiling water; let stand for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed Meanwhile, in another large bown, beat together oil, sugar, honey, and molasses. Beat eggs into mixture. Add buttermilk, stir in bran mixture. In another bowl combine and mix flour, soda, and oats; slowly blend flour mixture into bran mixture. Cover and refrigerate batter overnight. Coat muffin tins with non-stick spray or use paper liners; spoon in batter filling two thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 17 minutes or until done.
