Super Strawberry Smoothies image

Smoothies are quick and easy breakfast solutions for busy mornings. This version combines broccoli, avocado, strawberries and yogurt to make a flavorful, energy-boosting drink.

1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
1 avocado half, pitted and peeled
3/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup Cascadian Farmâ„¢ frozen organic strawberries

Steps:

  • Cook broccoli as directed on bag. Rinse with cold water until cooled. Drain well.
  • In blender, place 1/4 cup of the cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients. (Cover and refrigerate remaining broccoli for another use.) Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
