SWEET BASIL RUB FOR CHICKEN
This recipe came from my sister in law--the best baked chicken I have ever eaten! You can use a whole chicken or a cut up chicken.

- add all ingredients together in bowl; mix well.
- Cover chicken with rub.
- Bake at 350°F uncovered for about 1-2 hours.
