Number Of Ingredients 6

3 pkg 10-14 oz. box or bag of oyster crackers
3/4 c vegetable/canola oil
1 pkg 1.25 oz. taco seasoning mix (i like taco bell)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp chili powder

Steps:

  • 1. Place crackers in a large roasting pan;
  • 2. Drizzle with oil.
  • 3. Combine the seasonings and sprinkle over crackers.
  • 4. Stir/Toss to coat.
  • 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring once.
  • 6. Yields 16+ cups.
