Add some zip to your snack mix by seasoning it with Tajin®. It's salty, tangy, spicy, and downright addicting! Store in an airtight container.

aluminum foil
1 serving nonstick cooking spray
4 cups crispy rice cereal squares (such as Rice Chex®)
4 cups crispy corn cereal squares (such as Corn Chex®)
2 cups mini pretzel twists
1 ½ cups fish-shaped cheese crackers (such as Goldfish®)
1 ½ cups original flavor crunchy corn kernels (such as CornNuts®)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Combine rice and corn cereal squares, pretzels, fish-shaped crackers, and corn kernels in a large bowl.
  • Stir melted butter and chili-lime seasoning together in a small bowl until well combined. Pour over the cereal mixture and gently stir with a rubber spatula until evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread to an even layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, until crunchy and fragrant, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes to cool.
