When I first prepared this I was expecting just another meat loaf, but was very surprised at the wonderful finished product! This is a very good entree, and will be a tasty surprise for your family or guests.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly oil a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine all the loaf ingredients and mix well.
- 4. Place mixture into a baking dish. Brush the sauce evenly over the top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour or until done. Allow loaf to sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
