Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, beat eggs, water and milk until fluffy. Fold in sausage and cheese.
- Pour egg mixture into baking dish. Top with frozen potatoes.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is set. Serve immediately.
