TERIYAKI CHICKEN SKEWERS image

Bamboo skewers
1 lb chicken
pickled ginger flakes (you can find this in a jar whever sushi ingredients are)
1/2 c soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Slice chicken into 1/2 inch thick strips. Skewer each chicken strip and lay on an oven ready dish. Combine soy sauce and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add 2-3 ginger flakes to each skewer, and pour soy sauce mixture over the entire batch. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve when ready!
