I found this recipe in the local paper. Even though I haven't made it I wanted to copy and put in my cookbook for later use, so I thought I would also post.

I'm allergic to black-eyed peas. Is there a substitute I can use?

This recipe seems a bit bland. I think I'll add some diced jalapeños to give it a little kick.

This is a great recipe for using up leftover black-eyed peas. I also like to add some chopped bacon or ham to the salad for extra flavor.

I'm not a huge fan of black-eyed peas, but this recipe changed my mind. The dressing is so good that it really elevates the flavor of the peas.
