[email protected]I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great. The key is to use fresh rattlesnake meat and to cook it slowly over low heat. I usually serve it with rice and beans.

[email protected]I followed the recipe exactly and the results were terrible. The rattlesnake meat was tough and the sauce was bland. I would not recommend this recipe.

[email protected]This was my first time cooking rattlesnake, and I was pleasantly surprised. The meat was surprisingly tender and the flavor was amazing. I will definitely be making this again.
