Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- 2. Over medium high heat olive oil and 4 tablespoons butter. Add bay leaf, vegetables and apples. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
- 3. As the veggies start to soften add stuffing and stock mixing well.
- 4. Spray large muffin tray with olive oil non stick spray. Over fill each muffin and shape with a large spoon. Bake 10 to 15 minutes so that the muffins are set. Serve hot.
