Thick and Creamy Fresh Fruit Dip image

This is great for using as a dip for fresh fruit, as well as a spread for quick breads. If you prefer a thinner dip, add a little of the juice from the crushed pineapple. Note: preparation time does not include chilling time.

This fruit dip was a little too sweet for my taste, but I think I just added too much sugar. Next time, I'll cut back on the sugar and see how it turns out.
