Three Cheese Jalapeno Crescent Pinwheels image

This is a great appetizer for a football game!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c finely crumbled blue cheese
1/2 c montery jack cheese shredded
4 Tbsp softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp mayo
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced jalapeno peppers, can use more
2-8 oz can(s) refrigerated crescent rolls

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375 prepare a lightly greased cookie sheet Mix all ingredients (except crescent rolls) together in a bowl until blended. Seperate 2 cans of dough into 4 long rectangles, firmly press perforations together to seal. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the four rectangles.Starting at the short side, roll up each rectangle then pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 8 slices. Place cut side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 mins or until lightly golden brown. Immediately remove from baking sheet. Cool 3-4 mins. Serve warm.
