Tipsy French Toast image

Just because I was feeling creative... and wanting some Captain Morgan's, too! I've never, ever cooked with alcohol before, although I usually have either a bottle of Captain Morgan's or Disaronno on hand. So, I figured this was pretty quick and easy, wouldn't take much to tweak, and it was fun to try. I now have a cookie...

I would have liked the recipe to include more detailed instructions on how to cook the French toast.

The flavor of the Grand Marnier was a bit too strong for my taste.

I found that the French toast didn't cook evenly in the pan. Some pieces were overcooked while others were still undercooked.

I'm not a huge fan of Grand Marnier, so I used orange juice instead. It was still very good!

Be careful not to overcook the French toast, or it will become dry.

I used almond milk instead of regular milk and it turned out great.
