This is very easy to fix. And oh so good.I love sweet taters and am always looking for new ways to fix them. I have been cooking this for abought 3 years now.

Steps:
- 1. In a 14" dutch oven place sweet potatos . Cover with water completely. Bring to a boil,cover and cooked until tender.,abought 35 min. Drane and cool, enough to handle,Peel off the skins.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl,mash potatos with butter. Stir in suger,salt,and whiskey.
- 3. Butter a 2 qt baking dish,spred half of the potatos and sprinkle with half of pecans. Repet the layers... Place dish in a pre heated ove(set at 325) bake for abought 35 min...
