TOMATENSALAT - TOMATO SALAD
Another recipe from my years stationed in Germany - this is a quick way to use your fresh summer tomatoes or those wonderful cherub cherry tomatoes.

Steps:
- 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- 2. Add tomatoes; stir to mix. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
