This salad is a great way to use up leftover pineapple. I always have a few slices left over after I make a pineapple upside-down cake, and this salad is the perfect way to use them up.

I'm not usually a fan of pineapple, but this salad changed my mind! The sweetness of the pineapple was perfectly balanced by the tartness of the lime and the crunch of the nuts. I'll definitely be making this again.

I followed the recipe exactly and the salad turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a little more lime zest. Otherwise, it was perfect.
