Turkey Breast Roulade image

The original recipe for this roulade called for tomatoes, which our son is allergic to. I substituted artichokes and mushrooms with wonderful results.

This roulade was a disappointment. It was dry and tasteless. I won't be making it again.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my roulade didn't turn out very well. The filling was dry and the turkey was overcooked.

This roulade was easy to make and turned out great! I used a store-bought rotisserie chicken instead of cooking the turkey breast myself, and it worked perfectly.
