This is a great cocktail for a party. It's easy to make and always a hit with my guests. I usually make a double batch because it goes so fast!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this cocktail. I'm not usually a fan of vodka but the onion really mellows it out. I also liked the addition of the pickled onion. It added a nice tanginess that I really enjoyed.

I'm not a fan of martinis but I really enjoyed this vodka gibson. The onion really mellows out the harshness of the vodka and makes it much more palatable. I'll definitely be making this again.

I love the simplicity of this cocktail. It's just a few ingredients but they all come together perfectly. The vodka is smooth, the vermouth is dry and slightly bitter, and the onion adds a nice savory note. I like to garnish mine with a twist of lemo

I've been making vodka gibsons for years and this recipe is one of the best. The ratio of vodka to vermouth is perfect and the onion adds just the right amount of flavor. I also like that this recipe uses pickled onions instead of fresh onions. They

This was my first time making a vodka gibson and it was a winner! The combination of vodka, dry vermouth, and onion is simple yet sophisticated. I loved the subtle savory flavor of the onion. Will definitely be making this again.
