I'm not a big fan of wafer stacks, but I have to admit that these are pretty good. The wafers are crispy and the filling is creamy and flavorful.

These wafer stacks are a great way to use up leftover wafers. I always have a few extra wafers after making a batch of cookies or brownies.

I tried making these wafer stacks, but they didn't turn out as well as I expected. The wafers were too soft and the filling was too runny.
