Steps:
- In a large bowl, toss apples with pineapple juice.
- Stir in rice, celery, walnuts, raisins and carrots.
- In a spearate bowl, blend yoghurt, salt, cinnamon and corriander.
- Stir the dressing in the apple mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve!
