Walnut-Crusted Orange Roughy image

A crispy, crunchy crust and moist, tender fish make this recipe a winner. The dipping sauce is salty-sweet and pairs beautifully with walnuts. Taste of Home Test Kitchen - Greendale, Wisconsin

This recipe was a disaster! The fish was dry and overcooked, and the orange sauce was too sour. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I'm not a big fan of fish, but I tried this recipe and was pleasantly surprised. The walnut crust was very tasty, and the orange sauce helped to balance out the flavor of the fish.

This recipe was absolutely delicious! The walnut crust added a wonderful nutty flavor to the fish, and the orange sauce was the perfect complement. I will definitely be making this again.
