I have a brother and niece who loves this especially on seared ahi tuna.

1 c heavy cream
2 Tbsp sour cream
1 Tbsp wasabi powder more or less to taste
2 tsp rice vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp sea salt

Steps:

  • 1. Beat all ingredients until stiff peaks form. Keep in refrigerator
