WHITE TRASH POTATOES image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 2-lb bag frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16oz container of sour cream
2-3 cups mild cheddar cheese, grated (reserve ½ cup for topping)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Butter or "pam" 9 x 13 inch pan. Toss potatoes with onion and salt and pepper. Add soup, sour cream, and cheese, reserving ½ of the cheese for the top. Bake for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes longer.
