Wild Rice Meat Loaf image

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 c wild rice, cooked
1 lb lean ground beef
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c dry bread crumbs
1 c onion, finely chopped
1/2 c flour
2 eggs, beaten
1.25 tsp salt
1 tsp sage
3/4 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
  • 2. Firmly press into a greased 9x5x3\" loaf pan.
  • 3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.
  • 4. Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly.
