Yumasetta image

My Uncle makes this quite often and after a re-union dinner tonight I decided I had better post this. He got this from an Amish friend and it's been a staple of his for many years.

I would not recommend this recipe. The yumasetta was bland and tasteless.

This recipe is a fail. The bread was dense and dry, and it didn't have much flavor.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The dough was too sticky and difficult to work with, and the bread didn't rise properly.

I've tried many yumasetta recipes, but this one is by far the best. The dough was easy to work with and the bread baked up beautifully.

This yumasetta recipe is a keeper! The bread turned out perfectly: golden brown on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. It had a slightly sweet flavor that paired well with the savory fillings I used.
