Steps:
- 1. pre-heat your oven to 350* . Combine all your dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2. beat Eggs in a separate bowel, then add oil, zucchini shreds, vanilla extract.
- 3. Bake in a greased and floured bread loaf pan, lined with Parchment paper. ***makes two loafs*** 350* for 1 hour
- 4. turn bread over and release from pan, and let cool right side up, serve warm, with butter,enjoy!
