2 medium (blank)s zucchini

2 tablespoons bread crumbs
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

I've made this zucchini gratin recipe a few times now, and it's always a hit. It's a great way to use up summer zucchini, and it's always a hit at potlucks and barbecues. I like to add a little bit of diced ham or bacon to the recipe for extra flavor
