This is a great recipe! The zucchini is tender and flavorful, and the mint adds a refreshing flavor. I love that it's a healthy dish that's also easy to make. I've already made it twice and I'm sure I'll be making it many more times in the future.

This dish was a disappointment. The zucchini was mushy and the mint was barely noticeable. I won't be making this again.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The zucchini was a bit too oily for my taste and the mint flavor was a bit too strong. I might try it again with some adjustments to the recipe.
