- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Lightly coat large loaf pan with cooking spray.
- 3. Mix flour and sugar.
- 4. Add beer.
- 5. Mix well.
- 6. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
